At your first visit to our office we will register your email address and give you a password which you can use to access your medical records as well as send and receive messages with our team.
Upon your first login you will be asked to change your password from the one we give you to your own password. This password must meet the minimum security requirements. Please also keep in mind that your username and password are both case sensitive.
While you can use the portal to send web messages to the team, we ask that this only be done for non-critical inquiries. As always, if you have a medical emergency please call 911.
